Star Bear Ghana is on a mission to uncover hidden talent across all 16 regions of Ghana through their groundbreaking program, “STAR SHINE ON NATION TOUR.” Their latest stop at “The Guys Pub” in the Upper West Region proved to be a thrilling spectacle, with an electrifying rap battle that left audiences on the edge of their seats.

The competition kicked off with a fierce rap battle that showcased the immense talent present in the region. The intensity was palpable as six contenders stepped into the spotlight, each vying for the coveted title. Despite eliminating four contestants, the battle was so tight and captivating that it was impossible to declare a clear winner.

Ultimately, it came down to a head-to-head showdown between Tunchi and Popcee in the second round. After a heated exchange of bars and lyrical prowess, Tunchi emerged victorious, securing his spot to represent the Upper West Region at the prestigious Independence Square in the nation’s capital, Accra. As a token of his triumph, Tunchi was awarded Ghc1,000 in prize money.

However, the journey didn’t end there. Popcee’s impressive performance and undeniable talent did not go unnoticed. In recognition of his contribution to making the contest tough and tight, Popcee was graciously awarded Ghc500 by The Guys Pub CEO, Mr. James Suntaa (The Guys).
