How We Handle Takedown Requests

When we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, here is what happens:

What to Include in Your Notice

To be valid under the DMCA, your takedown notice must include all of the following elements:

• Your full legal name and contact information (physical address, email, and phone number)
• The exact URL(s) on 3MusicGh.com where the infringing content is located
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed (e.g., song title, artist name, album, original URL or release details)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the content that was removed and its original location on our site
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

3MusicGh.com maintains a strict repeat infringer policy in accordance with the DMCA’s requirements. We track all DMCA notices we receive. Content submitters or users who are subject to multiple valid copyright complaints may have their upload privileges revoked and/or access to our platform terminated.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a “repeat infringer” at our sole discretion.

False Claims Warning

We take false or abusive DMCA claims seriously and reserve the right to report them to appropriate authorities or pursue legal remedies where warranted.
