In three days, Stonebwoy makes a piece of history. On Saturday, August 15, 2026, the BHIM Nation president headlines the UK debut of his BHIM Festival at London’s OVO Arena Wembley, becoming the first Ghanaian artiste ever to headline the 12,500 capacity venue in its long history.

It’s a huge leap for a festival that started as a community celebration of Afro-dancehall culture in Ashaiman and grew into one of Ghana’s biggest annual music events, regularly pulling crowds of over 50,000 people at home. Taking that energy to Wembley, a stage that’s hosted some of the biggest names in global music, is exactly the kind of moment BHIM Fest has been building toward for a decade.

Ahead of the show, Stonebwoy met with British bloggers and influencers to talk up the event, promising fans the same top-tier security and production his large-scale Accra shows are known for, especially given the high-profile guests his events typically attract. Doors are set to open at 6pm, and organizers are billing it as a full festival experience, Afrobeats, Afro-dancehall, hip-hop and trap, rather than a straightforward concert.

One thing to plan around: The Weeknd is playing next door at Wembley Stadium the same night, so expect heavier traffic and road closures around the area. If you’re heading down, build in extra time.
