Top Ghanaian musician KIDI recently found himself at the center of rumors about his health, with reports circulating that he had suffered a stroke or was battling liver disease. However, the talented artist has since come forward to set the record straight and put fans’ worries to rest.

In a recent interview with Sika Osei, KIDI categorically denied any claims of suffering from a stroke or liver disease. “First of all, I don’t have a stroke. It’s one of the craziest things I ever heard,” he said. “I want to state categorically, I do not have a liver disease.”

KIDI, whose real name is Dennis Nana Dwamena, had previously announced that he was canceling his North American Tour due to ill health, which sparked rumors about his condition. However, his label boss Richie quickly debunked the rumors, saying that KIDI had not suffered a stroke.

Despite Richie’s assurances, fans were still worried about KIDI’s health, leading him to cut his break short and make a surprise appearance at the VGMA where he performed three songs to the amazement of fans.
